Gee golly gosh oh man golly, does taking something to market take some time? Answer: yes. Not complaining; I want to get it right as right as I can make it can be.
Up in the MMS+S shop today are three cardboard box kits. Three sizes of boxen, each the epitome of scale fidelity and utility. If you didn’t know you needed these before, well, it will soon become apparent.
I’m pretty much over my basket weaving overload aversion, and am looking forward to bringing the mildly-redesigned Toto basket into production. Priority: next.
Thank you, thank you all for your support and interest. You make a difference.
Wow! It just gets better and better..
Stocking my mini office with supplies is going to be a lot of fun!
Thanks, BW :) As an office professional, any suggestions for what things you might like to see?
These look fantastic, as are the file folders – I love the colors!
Thank you, Susi! In my own office I go through phases of file folder colors — currently coming to the end of a good yellow. I just realized that black and white are missing from the miniature line up. Must remedy!
The desk is very messy – the sign of a true genius at work! Call the maid and order take-out. You must answer the call as inspiration strikes! We in miniland are counting on you!
Haha, Jodi. A maid would resign if called to tidy my studio. Impossible! Take-out, however…
I’m loving these cardboard boxes for the mini office, but I am imagining them stacked in the dollhouse attic. The visual weight is perfectly to scale and even the tape looks authentic!
Elizabeth, thank you for noticing :)
I’d love to do an attic scene of a well-organized, minimalist homeowner with these boxes, all neatly stacked and well-labeled.
