Just Kitting

First article! Well almost. I’m waiting on the brown kraft paper to arrive, and, having just finished re-re-shooting the instruction photos, to get those printed.

What’s in this kit? There are options for white, cream or sage green stock, as well as for me to color the leaves (US$5 extra; I may live to regret it :) One kit makes seven stems, with extra leaves to practice on. The example is the yellow-edged green variety, but of course you can paint them as you like. There’s a special hashtag to use if you post on socials, so we can all see what people are coming up with.

Need to finish writing *all* the stuff for the Etsy listings and blahblah. And then let it go live. Gulp.

Your kits are Wonderful Nancy and what clear concise instructions! I think that has always been the most frustrating with any flower kit which I’ve purchased int the past, is not enough of a guide to let you know if you are doing it right or not, but yours look to be The Bomb! :D

Thank you, Elizabeth. I wanted the instructions to be clear and inviting, to appeal to readers, visual learners as well as the learn-by doing-ers. Your feedback means a lot to me!

I, too, am ridiculously excited :) And thoroughly enjoying the process of bringing a new thing to offer. This American Thanksgiving holiday is pulling a few days from my schedule, but… I enjoy seeing my extended family :)

How very sweet and supportive of you! Working with white or cream blanks, and even the sage, gives you loads of options for coloration, which is half the fun. So glad you like it!
