HBS/miniatures.com helped with the siding, windows, door and some tools :)

Construction continues, but they are very tidy and keep the jobsite clean.

I’ve yet to see them, but signs of habitation are increasing.

What a charming addition to the landscape! I saw stone buildings in the south of France with doors and shutters that very (lovely) blue. Now that work is done for the day, I think I would like to relax with a small (very small) glass of champagne on the fairy patio.

(This month’s title page – Arcade Fire?)

Thanks, BW! I was going for the elusive “robin egg blue” hue. It’s a lovely day for relaxing on the patio (As it’s just after lunch here, I’m still drinking tea, but hey… fairies are enablers and hospitable!)
And yes, Arcade Fire. That song is my anthem for getting up the go.

Your modern take on this trend makes me see new possibilities. I appreciate when art points out where I’ve been lacking in imagination.

Oh, I love when that happens! I’m finding out these are urban scavenger fairies who make furniture and farm moss and soil microbes. And maybe they build a geodesic half-dome of twigs to protect their settlement from naughty raccoons and curious cats.
